********HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!*******
This precious 200th post will be updated as soon as i recieve the photos ba=)
Unfortunately i haven recieve the guitar photos yet cus sophie went offline just as i went online=(
1st News
We finally performed at the CNY concert after 2 weeks of extreme training
Everydae(or nearly) we stayed back til 7pm to practice
It was tough but everyone got to noe each other better
In particularly i knew everyone much better=)
So despite the not so amazing performance IMO
The thing is that we have managed to gain frenship
Somehow guitar wasnt really mundane when we did our practice together
It was fun and enjoyable
For mi, i was staged-fright
Seeing such a massive audience,i completely forgot about my notes to play
It was so scary so i just focused on terry ba
But it is a good experience and next tym i will be better equipped=)

2nd NEWS
Directly after the guitar performance, i had to rush for our og outing
held by the *ahem capable shona
Eng Sen was stuck in SA and he attempt to climb over the fence to no avail
Oh ya and our great organizer has no idea where to go!
LOL so in the end we just went to the station board thingy and picked chinatown
Apparently rachel says that there is a "Funny Street" there
Plus its CNY so we shud go to chinatown lol
But man the sun is so freaking hot there
The moment i step out im sweating and it doesnt help dat im carrying my guitar
Along the way we discovered and did stuff that make the trip quite fun after all=)
First we went inside an hindu temple(LOL)
But it was really rip off lar-you have to pay like $3 just to be allowed to take photos
On our way out, we met some japanese tourists
Damn i must really learn Japanese 1 day
Okie den we move onto the funny street
It was really just a street of ppl selling tidbits and stuff
But it was quite amusing
There was like this person saying(translated directly from dialect or chinese)
"Selling Plastic BAg for $3!"
Den this rival stall person will like retort
"we dun sell plastics bag..den promote their own stuff lines"
I still like the stall rappers incrediblely funny
They wud just rap abt their products on the microphone lols
"Squeeze full fullx10..5 dollar x 100"
Yes one guy said that 5 dollar thing for like so much times that we can still hear it from 30m away
And den we saw this little quarrel between a shopper and the seller
The seller looks scary like a gangster lor
Den eng sen showed up after SA decided to dismiss him
He went to Mac to buy cheeseburger and den we sat down in some ulu shopping centre
Jasmine decided to take out her er-hu for a spin and yan hao took my guitar
We all started playing while curious passer-bys look at us
Den this Caucasian guy came and asked
"Are you guys music students?"
LOL
"You guys can make some money busking"
HAHA
"happy Chinese NEW YEAR!"
That is really epic haha
To prevent any more of this unprecedented incidents from occuring
we kept a low profile after dat ba
Den we all went home haha=)

And den Switch to LRT and take all the way to Fajar station
Whew
I wonder how eng sen cope with having to go AJ everydae with dat routine
Must have been terrible
Den we went to his house to play NINTENDO WII!
I heard it was quite retarded since there are like countless reports of ppl whacking themselves on the head with the controller lol
But it was really quite fun!
Man his nephew rocks so hard at bowling
LOL look at shone playing boxing=)
And talking abt boxing, ming hui is so good at it.
Her hands are like machine guns or sth and they DUN stop punching
We are all victims of her imbaness
It was only when i decided to cheat dat i manage to beat her haha
Yay hooray Og photo!And us playing bridge yay!
Reached home at 12!And poor shona probably reach home at 1 or later haha=)

Something really bad happened today...
I lost one of the final artifacts blog gal gave me...
My grandma just took it w.o my permission and cut it
becus she tinks its dirty
But to me it was not dirty
Imagine how distraught i was when i saw the mangled present
I didnt scold anyone, i was just really upset
Guess im slowly losing everything that links to her
My grandma say nvm i can buy give you a new 1
So?
It isnt the tangible aspect of the present but it is
The soul in it that makes it special
No matter how expensive the replacement is
It Can NEVER NEVER replace the original..
I dun tink my grandma understand at all..
So becus of this, i decided to give guitar outing a skip
Dun wanna dampen everyone mood=(
